At Crafted By Casonya., all of our hand-made products are carefully inspected before we ship them to you. Due to our items being customizable; all sales are FINAL, we do not accept returns or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!  However, products that are damaged during shipment can be replaced. If photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.

Because all of the Crafted By Casonya., items are customize and hand-made with love. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing. Once an order is completed it will be shipped out within 2 days after completion. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipping information. **Please know we are not responsible for shipping speeds or lost or stolen packages. 

Local Delivery Policy

Please allow 2-3 weeks for local orders to be processed (this does not include weekends or holidays). Once orders have been processed, the customer will receive an email notifying them that their order is ready. For local delivery, please note that there will be no deliveries after 8pm EST. When an order delivery is being conducted please, have your order confirmation available.
