How long does it take to process and complete my order?

Because all items are custom and made to order. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.

Can I choose how you customize my items?

Yes, all items are customizable when ordering please message me at crafted.by.casonya@gmail.com and provide how you would like the item customized. 

Do you deliver locally?

Yes, I deliver to Shelby, Kings Mountain, Gastonia and Charlotte areas. Choose this option at checkout if you are local. 

What if I live in another state or other areas in NC?

Orders will be packaged and shipped to you via UPS for an additional price which will be calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will provide your tracking information. If you do not receive this information, please let us know by emailing crafted.by.casonya@gmail.com and we will get it to you.

Is there sales tax?

In the state of North Carolina, yes there will be a sales tax calculated into your order.
